I am currently 204 lbs...exactly 9 months ago I weighed 325...i seem to have been plateauing for 2 weeks now...scale hasn't moved...I am going to a family wedding this weekend, I was so hoping to be under 200 pounds by the time of the wedding and being able to "celebrate".....I am now seriously doubting I will ever get there....

Why do you have to wait to be under 200 lbs to celebrate? You've lost 121 lbs - if that isn't reason to celebrate I don't know what is!! Congrats on the awesome weight loss!!0

"two-week plateu"
Honestly welcome to weight loss, land of random "plateaus" that last a few weeks.
Scale weight not budging for 2 weeks does not necessarily indicate that you are at maintenance. I'd just say keep doing what you are doing (its clearly working for you) and just trust the scale will eventually budge. If that "plateu" lasts a couple of months then yeah I suppose you've achieved maintenance and will either have to lower your calories or raise your activity level. Thing is if you were actually at maintenance your weight loss would have been progressively slowing as you approached that maintenance level...if you were losing quickly and then suddenly stopped its probably just a time your body decided to retain water or any number of other explanations.0 -
I had a 2 month plateau. When I started strength training, it took time for my metabolism to adjust. It finally ended and I continued to lose weight until I got to goal.0

I found that when I had a plateau it was just my body catching up. I was on a plateau for almost the whole summer last year, but I continued to "shrink" and dropped a whole size. Don't get discouraged. You are in this for life and being in onederland WILL happen!
I bet there will be much celebrating this weekendYou have done such an AMAZING JOB! Just keep going!

If you haven't updated your goals lately, perhaps this is a good time to revisit? You've lost an amazing amount of weight - congrats - but that would also mean your nutritional needs are different as is your BMR, etc.
But as others have said, 2 weeks is nothing to worry about.0
