It's exactly where I should be. I'm feeling pretty good. I exercise, chase 3 kids and work full time.

Nope! Listen to the doctor. Follow the rules. You will be fine!

4 months I didn't have to do the clear diet pre-op. THANK GOD!!!! Post-op I did. It sucked. The hardest was pureed. You get tired of eating mush. But eating normal food scared me to death. I'm feeling good. I have no regrets! 60 lbs Good luck on your surgery. Listen to the doctor! Follow the rules!!!!

I don't have a goal weight. I think I would like to drop 20 more lbs.

600-800 a day
-
I just met with my nutritionist. She suggested I eat 600-800 calories a day.

I couldn't keep the weight off. I tried it all. I worked in healthcare. I saw what the end looks like for fat people. It's awful. I didn't want that. I made the ultimate behavior modification. I do not regret it for a second.

Bless your heart....

Honey. I had a psych eval. I'm all good! :-P

You know what? You are totally right. And I'm sorry for being a butt. I feel kind of ganged up on. Here are my stats. 5'5 37 y/o Female 165 lbs currently. Having WLS is a lot like being a first time parent. You read all the books. You buy all the stuff. Then the baby comes and you have NO IDEA what to do. Even though you…

FOR F*** SAKE! I know all the ins and outs of the surgery. I know how it's done. I know why. I'm only wanting to see what other people are doing. Calorie allowance varies from person to person. I'm active. I do stuff. WTF! THERE IS NO CONFUSION!

I had surgery on 4/27. I'm 37 y/o. 5'5 225 lbs. Currently I'm down to 165. I do not regret having RNY for 1 second. Actully, I wish I would have had it sooner. I feel good. Off all meds. I follow the plan. Feel free to add me as a friend. I will answer any questions you have. Good luck!!!

Why the weird judgment? I am healthy. I eat right, exercise. I'm off all meds. (The pic in my profile was taken today.) This surgery process took 6 very long months. I'm doing EVERYTHING I was told to do. I only came on here to see what other people are doing.

I'm not talking about a tummy tuck. I'm talking about gastric bypass or a sleeve.

That wasn't an option. :-)

Hi! I am the worlds slowest runner. But I'm still running faster then those sitting on the sofa! :-)

If all that you say is true. Then go to a doctor. Get some blood work.

I've heard. (I may be wrong) If your sick from the neck up, work out best you can. Neck down, take some time off. I have a cold now. I went to spinning this morning. It was rough, but I did it. I don't think I was able to push myself as much as I normal do, but that's ok. I still worked out! Hope you're feeling better soon!

Why so sad?

Your chest.

That would be the point of this post....

I'm about 4 weeks into taking Qsymia. And I'm going off it. It is making my anxiety so bad! I can't handle it. It's also giving me werid heart fluttering things. I feel like my heart is flopping around in my chest. And I'm having a very hard time working out. I feel like my arms and legs weigh a ton. This isn't right! I'm…

You don't want to be running everyday! Go for every other day. What you're doing now is interval training. KEEP IT UP!! You really want to avoid shin splints or plantar fasciitis. Both SUCK!! Keep up the good work!
-
Shake it up! Get off the dreadmill!! Go outside! Add weights. Take a group fitness class! Just keep moving!!!!
-
BEST!!! FEELING!! EVER!!!!!!!

Drink more water and switch it up at the gym. But whatever you do, DON'T STOP!!!!

I've had it for years. I know I'm fishing an uphill battle. I just need some direction.
