You look great! I love reading the success stories on here :)

Mine would say: Please leave me alone already. I know your losing weight but you still hurt me every week. :) (But hopefully hurt it a little less every week)

Awesome! That is a great feeling of being smaller then you think you are when grabbing clothes :)

I am a pear normally just not currently. I ran out of rooms in my thighs/rear/hips and it translated upwards. That's when I realized I actually had a weight problem... Can't wait to lose enough weight to have a pear shape again.

Congrads! Keep up the great work

You look amazing!

Great Job, I am also doing C25K. It is a great realization that each week you can run a little longer esp. if you never thought you could be a runner. I'm on week 7. Keep up the great work!

Wow! Awesome!

Congratulations on the weight loss and the pregnancy!

Still working on the C25K, on W7 for about the 3rd week. Only actually ran the whole thing once so far. I've come from can't run for 60 seconds, spraining my ankle bad, waiting 3 weeks, starting the program again, and up to 13 mins miles (that was a great feeling when I actually ran a mile) and comfortably running 15 mins.…

I'm 5'11 and aiming for 145-150 Ibs, like I was 5 years ago, but if with muscle and tone I get to 160 I'll stop because I was not in shape 5 years ago when I weighed 145.

That's great! I know the difficulties of school and losing weight (having put on the weight the first 3 years and am now in the process of taking it off). Glad you have made the changes. Any pics?

I can understand the tall issue, at 5'11 it works both ways, I can gain weight and it not show, but I can also lose some weight and it not show. Sort of how I ended up needing MFP currently.

That is something I am really looking forward to see, how much I have changed and how much they haven't (not in a mean way, but in a see how far I've come way)

Hi, just saw this topic, I think it is great to see so many other 20's here. I am 22. I'll add you, and anyone else can add me if they want. I have about 50 Ibs to go.
