  • I guess the best way out here is to use small portions using a tablespoon, and find a point where you are not hungry by your last meal, use as best I can in te calorie count and just do my daily excercise and burning calories while I work, apart from that its all I can do.

  • Hi If possible learn to eat without sugar, its not easy at first because one is so use to it, but it can be done, I did, even stopped the sweet and low. You cannot get away from it in fruit, but if you log correctly you can see your sugar intake and know when to stop, good luck

  • I will add exercise last as think its confusing me with calorie intake as I have levelled off at 101.2 from 100.8. Following my plan of 1760 cal per day, I should have been 100 kg by now or I need to lower my cal intake or I have been building slight muscle form the swimming. any thoughts?

  • Thanks, I will look into the fat content each day, I love avocado/cashews but they are so high in calories:( I live in Norway and the cost to eat is extreme, just a few days of fruit and veggies and your talking nearly 100 dollars:sad:
