I'm not down to145 yet, but when I was in the past it was about a size 5 for me. Very different from a lot of other responses because when I was 180 (before starting on MFP) I wore a 10 comfortably Btw, I am 5'2.5"

Recently I've been loving egg whites with some chopped up spinach, a bit of cheese to taste if you'd like. Whether scrambled, as an omelette, etc :) not many calories, major taste, and lots of needed nutrients, vitamins, protein, etc. if you portion it off, you can add it to a meal for a boost, too :smile:

I also wear mostly Danskin right now, I am loving it! But I agree with you, I'd like to have the cute bright things for when I actually want to stand out at the gym, possibly close to goal weight :)

I did Just Dance 3 for the Wii for a while, and it's really fun! I burned a lot of calories and I got better with each day.
