Wondering if anyone has a favourite Youtube workout
Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone had a go-to workout or cardio session they love doing with the help of youtube. I find a lot of yoga videos, tae bo, and zumba on there, but wanted to see what options you all loved and would recommend. Currently I am doing the 30 Day Shred through youtube (today I made it half way…

Ladies, anyone use the Bombshell Curves Sport Waist Cincher?
I was wondering if any of you have tried the Bombshell Curves sport waist cincher (or anything similar). Supposedly it's tons better than the slimming belts you can buy at Target/Walmart etc and the direct heat onto your waist during cardio works really well. I am thinking of buying one because my waist/stomach is my main…

I keep seeing that a lot of people start it over again because they were pleased with the results, some even mix the levels up instead of going in order, and a lot of people also move on to Ripped in 30 or…

Ladies, at what weight loss did you buy new workout clothes?
Maybe it's just me that wonders things like this, because I have been searching around just for people's experiences with buying new workout clothes and haven't found much. The reason I ask is I know for regular everyday clothing most people tend to buy enough to last the weight they're at, until the end of their weight…

App to help track workouts (biking/jogging mainly)
I am starting to add biking to my workouts tomorrow morning, and I was wondering if anyone on MFP has any experience with apps such as Endomondo or SportyPal (for Android phones). I have been reading up on them to see which is better or gives more helpful information. I know most of the time the calorie counts are off…
