I am starting to realize for max result I can't drink. I have friends that do the Vodka club soda thing because of low cal but I'm learning more and more that you benefit from not drinking during the journey. I usually have to have it in a puff or twist. Cornrows is what I've tried this week and so far its been nice. I have to do cherokee braids and a nice design and have it in a bun cuz I work in an office and I want to still look professional. I really want weave....but with all the working out I do it might not be wise.

I definitely agree. They are showing real people with real lives. Its more relatable cuz lets face it. We dont all have the income to be at workout camps 8 hours a day.

I think the show is meant for changing lives and inspiring the audience as well. Biggest loser contestants lose more weight in shorter period of time. I fee like Extreme weight loss not only give a good amount of time for weight loss, but it also focuses on some of the emotional reasons of why people pack on that much…

Yay for Thirsty Thursday! I worked out on the stationary bike for 60 minutes had a liter of water before i got to the gym and 3/4 of a liter during workout. Yay to no cramped up muscles!

Sorry my post is late. I did a 45 minute cycle on the stationary bike. I burned about 250 cal. I was closer to my water goal yesterday. I should be drinking about 3.5 liters and yesterday I got in around 3. I did spluge on calories a little yesterday by having a breakfast toaster from sonic....I probably wont do that…
