I've done a number of programs on body building.com and was doing crossfire prior to that. I'm heading into my last week of a 12 week program designed by bombshell fitness but after my last week of the program I'll be taking a week off and then starting "thinner leaner stronger"

I'm sorry you don't have anyone to I'm sorry you don't have anyone to talk to. That must be isolating. I haven't experienced gender dysphoria but remember what it was like when I first realized I was gay and didn't have anyone to reach out to. Sending you hugs!

I bought the books and read them but got hurt shortly after and don't know want to implement it fully until I'm 100%. I did find it interesting and informative and I can see how it could be a good method of crossfitters.

I try to avoid dairy (gives me better skin) so I tend to stick with vega brand. I like changing the flavour by adding in things like pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon because I try to eat fruit on an empty stomach for best digestion.

Vodka and soda water, red wine and sparkling whites tend to be what I gravitate towards. I find lighter reds are less hangover producing for me so I tend to stick to Pinot noirs.

An abs circuit can be helpful. Kayla itsines BBG has some good ab workouts. Each workout is 28 mins of work. There are 2 circuits that are 7 minutes each and you repeat each 7 minute circuit twice with a minute or so rest in between each 7 minute circuit. You can usually find her workouts for free online
