  • this was only two weeks into insanity by itself! of course i quit after that cause i was too lazy back in the day :laugh: now im doing heavy weight training 6 days/week and insanity 3 days/week on top of that. remember its all in the diet!

  • have a buddy that used to have an 02 twin turbo camaro that would gladly say otherwise :) 40 grand for everything including the car. im not a bike girl personally but i can see why people like them so much.

  • what cars do you guys have? i currently own a 70 gs455 with 35k original miles (just traded my 01 saleen for it), just picked up a 00 saleen n/a as my daily driver and a 2002 camaro ss slp edition thats more of my project car, even though its still damn near perfect lol.

  • i just started a month ago with heavy weight training and i eat about the same as i normally would (i always ate pretty clean, not perfect, but an approximate healthy 2100 calories). and i can say i have noticed a pretty big difference in my body. no weight loss, but definitely more toned and i have definitely lost inches…
  • also, i go to a gym that focuses on rock climbing, which ironically isnt something i'm really into. but main reason i joined - the gym area is typically VERY quiet! little to no people throughout the entire day. i love it
  • multiple squat racks, weights, and bars!! id say 80% of my workouts include those 3 things (bars and weights basically). and clean bathrooms lol
  • im 21, 5'7" and have just 10-15 lbs left! at this point i'm doing mostly heavy weight lifting so the scale doesnt matter as much, but i do miss being 145, or even just in the 140s :) if any of you need any help you can contact me any time! motivation motivates :)
  • my friend had this same thing happen! called himself "grumpy" right after workouts. do you take a pre workout?? his doctor had him stop taking it and its a total 180. maybe talk to your doc! :)
