LMAO It would be #8, except that in four months, I'm celebrating my 38th wedding anniversary. A piece of advice - don't sweat it if you're single. If it's meant to be, it will be, when you least expect it. My spouse and I met at the beginning of September, 1981, and were married in December of that year - something neither…

2122 DAY STREAK (MFPis my tool to determine how much insulin I need to take for meals, so, every day since I began using MFP.)

You've made a good start coming here. I've been insulin dependent for 20+ years, but by tracking my carbs via MFP, I've got my A1c below 7. Other health issues keep me from losing a lot of weight, but at least it's not continuing to go up, and for now, I'll be grateful for that.

Oh damn it, now you're making me homesick. That and *real* sopapillas, not those stupid fried flour tortilla things. Originally from southern New Mexico, where a fried egg on enchiladas was pretty common. Breakfast grits, dinner grits (and gravy), hominy, and my favorite, which I can't have anymore, biscuits and chocolate…

Look on the bright side! How much did he weigh? You just lost that dead weight!!

I like to point out the following on the subject of 'Cause v Correlation' : "Divorce rate in Maine correlates with Per capita consumption of margarine (US)" :p

If they don't show up in your friend list, then they haven't accepted the request. Whether they rejected it or just haven't taken action on it is really kind of irrelevant. If someone you don't actually know doesn't accept a request, why would you get upset? If it's someone you actually know, talk to them. Seriously,…

Those are two of the hardest things to overcome, whether youyr loved one is deployed or not - but the distance certainly make it more difficult to not get lost in that cycle. Something my therapist has suggested for me (I tend to eat as a comfort thing, and am working on changing that) is instead of looking for something…

The worst came out of a bottle that originally had Kahlua in it. However, the Kahlua had been replaced with Mexican vanilla, and the person pouring the drinks didn't know that. 30 years later, I still get ill at the smell of either Kahlua or vanilla. The worst alcohol that was actually it's real container was San Miguel…

In case you haven't figured this by now, one packet would equal roughly one scoop.

I use the website most of all because the Windows phone app keeps breaking and there isn't a Windows Tablet version at all.
