Being a woman with 19%body fat, a marathoner, and a bmi of 20 a flat stomach 24/7 is not realistic. See periods, water retention, bloating etc will happen and focusing on health is better than ending up with an eating disorder or body dysmorphia (I should know I have/had struggled with both). When people say don't aim for…

If your goals are not realistic and fully attainable you will find logic in giving up. Set smaller goals that are totally doable (20lbs by 3 months out, or a pound a week... if you only focus on 200lbs to lose you will drive yourself mad) Start by not changing but taking a week or so tracking what you currently eat and…

Fruit helped me loose over 70 lbs so I don't understand why people thing fruit sugars are fattening. This being said, low sugar foods, Carrot sticks (not baby carrots the chlorine coming out is nasty) and Hummus, Celery and nut butters, Brocoili and a handful of nuts, Sugar snap peas (actually really low GI despite sugar…

I learned how to make Vega One tasty (to me at least) In a blender, throw in 1/2 to a full med Banana (depends on your calorie needs 1/2 has about 55 cals) 1/2 a scoop of Vega vanilla or chocolate (it's expensive!) 1 TBSP of Peanut flour (or PB2) or regular nut butter if you are not concerned about the fat/cals. Blend with…

There are these awesome messuring tools you can get that work like a syringe and help you press it all out and messure it exactly. I just refridate my all natural stuff so it turns hard/dry and it's easy to messure with normal messuring tools and it doesn't stick.
