  • What about exercising when u have limited mobility ie chair workouts x Im sure there's many ladys like me who are struggling to lose weight because they are disabled or with limited mobility that would appreciate help etc with exercises n being able to log chair workouts x

  • Well she did hun n even told me what to eat,half slice toast for breakfast,porridge made with water for lunch n a low cal meat n two veg or fish for tea.....she even said thats what she eats every day n she is active! I have done the 1200 a day cals i dont have much fat either n im good most of the time for tea

  • Very true words x i used to be a church goes (baptised Mormon) until i was made to feel guilty for divorcing my first husband....they made me feel like im supposed to put up with mental n physical abuse...not all of them but enough to make me inactive now!!   • Thankyou so much everybody x i do have to say when the Doctor told me i was shocked as i was under impression 3 regular meals a day eatting healthy etc was the way togo but with me being physicaly unable to exercise ithought maybe she knows better.And i have to add i was very extreme with my diet when i lost all the weight…
  • The doctor has also said after a week or so if 1 slice of toast for breakfast i should cut down to half a slice :0/
  • The last 5 days i have had one slice of wholemeal toast with clover lighter on for breakfast,fresh fruit salad for lunch n today im having steak n potatoe soup for dinner x

  • Im not been big headed but i do know about 90% of what it takes to lose weight but only in the manner if being completly mobile which i no longer am!!I say 90% as i think new things always come out so there is always new things to learn soi guess when i said i know all that was slightly exagerated x
  • Just had an emergency mri scan so cant do anything till they look at results but doctor said swimming is out because i can only breastroke which is a pull on my back :0(
