Well the calories calculated for cardio are usually going to be off, too. I suggest getting an HRM watch so you can track yourself more accurately. I use mine for every workout!

I've been slowly but surely making progress in my weight loss and have never once counted carbs OR sugars. I keep a general idea of how many calories I intake so I know there is a deficit, but I don't count exactly. I do, however, eat clean and exercise everyday. My motto: Slow & Steady wins the race :-)

Well I am not engaged yet, but I most likely will be getting engaged sometime this year. One of my main goals is to lose weight so that I can be at my ideal size by the time I get married. Not to mention, I want to have the luxury of picking out dresses and just looking good in all of them! :)

Hey! If you're looking for a new from add me! I am 23! I'm currently 186lbs, down from 198 (even though it says I only like 3.8 lbs, that's just when I started logging lol). I don't have a specific amount of weight I want to lose, I just want to feel great about my body and get down to a healthy weight!
