hey thanks i'm sure they do i was looking at the nutritional info and some of just the appetizers are over a 1000 cals i can't even imagine all the cals i used to eat before i started paying attention it would just blow my mind

i had 10lb babies so i have horrible stretch marks from the front all the way to my back big long ugly ones. i hate them soo much and my ex husband used to make me feel even worse about them. but after reading everyones posts i will too rock a bikini when i lose the weight and i will go as far as post a pic. MOMS ROCK!!!

you are probably losing inches and gaining muscle mass. try measuring yourself.

YES DEFINETLY COUNT IT that way you can see what one day will do so that in the future you can be stronger in holding back. you can eat everything you just gotta remember portion control. sample all the foods you love don't make a huge plate of everything

personally i got insanity because i didn't have to have weights or a pull up bar. it's super intense and you use your own body weight. i loved it. so if you don't wanna buy the extra stuff i would go with insanity

for me it was the mcdonalds large sweet tea. i looooove sweet tea. 4 weeks ago i gave up all caffeine. i had a headache for two weeks and finnaly it went away by week 3. i'm still not drinking anything but water and 8oz of juice in the morning if i can do it you can too good luck.

well i talk to my daddy and he said that it was right based on my weight and etc. so i'm just gonna keep a close eye on it to see if i see any dramatic changes

my low is 141 and my max was 170 and i stayed between 158 and 168. i walked at a very brisk pace and it was 2.something miles.

i just got a polar ft4 hrm so i know exactly what you are saying. i where a soft sports bra and my workout shirts have built in bras and with all that it works and feels comfortable. my boobs are way to big to put my hrm over hahaha

You should be trying to be under your goal calories but not so much you are in starvation mode. also take measurements. if your building muscle your scale might go up so measuring your inches would be a really good indicater. you should really cut out the soda. don't get discourage make a change and see what works and keep…

that is exactly how i felt today. i marinated chicken breast in light house italian dressing and grilled it. I had no idea how many calories it was. i looked all through online. it's really messing with my head. i used grilled marinated chicken. i hope it's about the same. i'm just gonna add ten more minutes to my workout…
