Three 10-minute stationary bike sessions an hour apart - resistance 5 out of 8, 13-14 mph (I was pushing hard, I have a ways to go to get stronger). This is harder for me than running.

Yesterday: two 20-minute rides on the stationary bike, weights with dumbbells (deadlifts, goblet squats, one-armed rows, overhead press), pushups Today: stationary bike (haven't yet though). The bike is harder for me than running, so I figure I'm getting benefit out of it.

The NSW premier said on the video "I don't care what the prime minister said, we're in it for at least six months" that was at 1:40. I think I understand now that she's referring to the length of time of the current restrictions (not leaving home except for specific reasons)...?

The NextDoor alerts here have been about bike and package thefts. I'm glad we live in a condo complex and the delivery folks bring packages right to our door (an inside-the-building corridor) and then knock or ring the doorbell (we're always home these days). My husband keeps his bike in our unit, not in the garage.

Some folks have true discipline! And I thought the folks who train for marathons on a treadmill during icy months were disciplined. I have a large condo complex to run around in early before people wake up.

A true research control would have to be similar in other ways to the experimental group. If the USA or some other country were to do that, the results won't necessarily be like Sweden's. It's just not that simple.

Generally I have gone to the gym to cross train on the bikes (I run outside otherwise) but I stopped going to the gym sometime before it closed. However, we ordered an exercise bike - it arrived and my husband just assembled it, and it feels smooth, so we're all set.
