I am In the uk and most of our sprays aren't not aerosol but pump action so one pump is 1 cal

I am now two weeks coffee free, but I had high blood pressure and anxiety both of which (along with good diet changes and exercises) have vastly improved

Thanks taken 40mg of propanolol and it's 135/86 whilst it's not ideal it's much better and I feel less stressed about it all - just need to keep going and get the weight off - 6lbs lost this week - 94llbs to go

The doc has given 40mg propranolol twice daily - can increase to 80mg twice if I want on Monday - he thinks I have white coat syndrome and my blood pressure is probably a lot less out side the docs - getting a machine to take home next week - he thinks it's anxiety and not particularly weight related

Thank you so much for this - that's the problem I want the medication and to be reassessed every 10/15lbs I lose

Thank you - I have looked at DASH and as I am in the UK, reviews indicated that it was difficult to follow based on some ingredients that the recipes require. Need to look more into it I think but the book is $8. I was planning to go out tomorrow with my other half but cancelled it - this is really hard.

I get that but I want to be a bit healthier in my food choices unsure why that is so wrong or frowned upon? My current food choices are pretty bad and not really great for calorie counting and over all health - sometimes it's better to ask more questions rather than assume what someone is meaning and respond in a deregotry…

Wow that chilli and lime salad sounds incredible - I'm not really a big breakfast eater but I tend today it so I pick at anything else. Making fresh home made salsa with an egg and egg white omelette and avocado - that should go down a treat. Thank you everyone
