You look AMAZING!! WTG!! I am 5'4" also and when my son was born I weighed 181lbs........my son is almost 2 now and I weight 154. I finally decided to kick in gear and try to get healthy. You look great!, truly an inspiration for me!! I hope to have results like you someday!

www.supercook.com LOVE this website. You simply put in the foods you have already in your house and it gives you recipes you can make with what you already have on hand!! Then from there, I have to look at the ingredients to see how healthy it would be.

I'm glad someone asked this question! I have not yet had to deal with TOM while on MFP, but will have to soon and I was wondering how other women deal with the emotional eating, cravings and overall yucky feeling during that time. I think I will def. take the advice of not weighing that week.

Just finished my first week. Lost 3lbs and 4inches around my waist. I am on a 1200 calorie diet and ride a stationary bike everyday for 60 mins. Somedays if I am still hungry I will eat back some or most of the exercise calories. Still new to this, so still learning how to make healthy life style changes. Hope to lose 1 or…
