Apologies, these pictures are dated (10 years ago) but I wanted to share them to hold myself accountable and hopefully inspire others.
In the first 2 pics, I weighed 186 lbs, my heaviest. The last pic is my after pic at 137 lbs. in 2001.

    Good Job. Looks like your doing Well. My Pics are in my Signature NYE I was down 40lbs. As of this morning I'm done 47. 11 more to my Goal. Good Luck to you!

    Wow! What an amazing transformation! You should be so proud, and you definitely are an inspiration. I will feel lucky if I look as good as you when I'm in my 40s! You ARE fabulous! :)
