Week 1 Results!
WEEK 1 RESULTS: In total I lost 3lbs! Waist- went from 39” to 35”! (4 inches!!) Hips- went from 40.5” to 40”, neck- went from 14” to 13.5”. Overall I am a very happy woman! ☺

Ideas for foods low in sodium
Need ideas of foods that are lower in sodium that still taste good, filling, easily available and not very expensive......any ideas? This is my first week and I go WAY over my sodium level everyday. Will this affect my weight loss?

The bad and good foods when it comes to your waistline
Has anyone had any experiences with certain foods that seem to help your waistline shrink? I would also like to know if anyone knows of any foods that seem to be specifically bad for the waistline?

I am brand new to this. Just wanted to make it official for me and introduce myself. I am 25 years old and at 5'4" weigh 157 lbs. I am a wife and a mom to a very active 21 month year old. Looking to loose 20 lbs and lower my cholesterol. I will ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes 5X a week and eat 1200 calories a day.…
