I am brand new to this. Just wanted to make it official for me and introduce myself. I am 25 years old and at 5'4" weigh 157 lbs. I am a wife and a mom to a very active 21 month year old. Looking to loose 20 lbs and lower my cholesterol. I will ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes 5X a week and eat 1200 calories a day. There... I wrote it for all of you to see, so it must be official :-)
