I love love this!!!..I try to get in some exercise 5 days a week. I'm in a rut right now because I'm not losing anymore weight. It's definitley coming off ALOT slower. This was very motivating!!..thank you for the post :)

I am totally in the same boat!!..I am staying under my calorie goal and I'm trying to exercise everyday and i can't lose anymore!!!...AARRGGHH!..I'm only 15 pounds away from my goal and i'm totally frustrated!

I lost alot of weight on Atkins several years ago. I stayed on it about a year and half and got smaller than I had ever been. But I have tried to get back on it twice in the past 6 months and didn't drop a pound. I have no idea what is goin on or what I am doing wrong. I switched to counting calories and the weight started…

I can relate to the emotional eating!..I know your mind is racing and food is comfort, boy do I know!!..But try finding a friend to hang out with. I have started eating more protein and less carbs and I can tell a huge difference in my appetite. I'm not wanting to snack near as often. Hope this helps!..Good luck :)

I just talked to a friend doing the 30 day shed and she stretched hers out a little further. Instead of bumping up every week she bumped up every other week. She looks fabulous but she did say it was very difficult but if you stick to it you will defintely see results. I'm sold on it!..I'm going to get mine today :)

Congrats Amanda!!!..Just taking that first step is a big deal!...I am also on blood pressue meds. I have medical background and I've heard of that being an issue. if you continue to lose weight and keep exercising your blood pressure will probably go down some. goodluck!!!..have a great day!!!
