While I don't see anything wrong with that breakfast at all, if you're having butter on that toast, you could probably swap it to a healthier option of avocado, or only have the egg whites.

If you don't want to cut it out of your diet completely, just eat low-fat or consume smaller portions. Avocados are my favourite! I like to have it with spelt toast, a boiled egg and cracked pepper when I'm after a substantial breakfast. Otherwise, it's a great addition to salads and sandwiches (as an alternative to butter).

If by low fat dieting you're referring to a diet that discourages consumption of saturated and trans fats and does not deprive the body of essential fats like polyunsaturated omega 3s and monounsaturated in avocados, then yes it's good for you.

I always find I'm famished after a long period of moderate exercise - usually a 70min non vigorous swim. After more vigorous aerobic exercies like running for longer than 45 minutes, I lose my appetite
