  • The dizziness can be from the high blood pressure or from dangerously high blood sugar levels. Blood pressure of 146 over anything is high for anyone. You didn't mention how high your blood sugar was, but I bet it isn't a safe level. I have diabetes and it runs in my family. It is NOT something you want to let go…

  • This is my first time using any kind of app to help me lose weight. I hope it helps. I have never used or heard of sparkpeople. I need to lose about 40 pounds myself.
  • I don't think a whole day for "cheating" is a good idea. If a craving of something is strong, have a small portion of it. Enter it into the calorie count and adjust the days intake accordingly.
  • I'm new to this also. I'm not a member of a gym, but I am trying to work out every day. Hope all goes well for you with this program.
