This has become my new favorite thread. I love sarcasm. I died today because I ate two servings of Cheez-Its. The Portion Police followed me to work and took me out in the parking lot. They could have waited until I clocked in.

I totally agree with that Gemmy mentions. I eat whole grains and whole fats. Whole grains usually have more natural fiber (which does not count calorie wise) and full fats have less high carbohydrate replacements. Your body stores your carbs as fat.
