Level 1 Day 1 done!! Glad I did the 30Day Shred before this one, WOW some of those moves are killers! but I did it :happy: and sweat feels good again. Still cannot lift both weights on those side lunges so I went back to the moves from 30DS and will start from there. I will post measurement tommorrow. Lets get ripped!

Day 28 and the 5th for L3. Also walked / ran 4 miles It feels really good to sweat! Trying to burn some extra calories so those boys at work won't lose more weight than me. :wink: Any hints on how to shed some water weight for a day? Safely?

Day 27 done! and a 4 mile walk. I even tried to jog for two minutes at a time and was able to do that four times!! Whoo Hoo!! I could not have done that with out the Shredd work outs. "Almost done..........Hang In There!!" sound familiar? LOL Have a great morning!

Well i did it. Level 3 day 1--Done. Is it me or does Jillian look a bit evil in the beginning? Lots of jumping but the time seemed to fly by and it did not seem like there was a lot of ab work. Strange. Have towait and see how I'll feel tomorrow. Keep going, Almost there!
