I am most motivated when I finish a workout. I love the complete body exhaustion feeling. I'm addicted to it infact! So when I'm not feeling like working out I still crave and am motivated by the desire for that feeling. Next time you have a good workout just stretch out on the floor and soak it all in. I want to lose this 20 lbs with you! I looked back at my reports and my 1st 10 lbs I lost in 1 month, the second 10 took 2 months and I've been plateaued for 3 months now! I need a kick in the butt! I want to finish this! I only need 15 lbs to get to my goal weight. But that is just the beginning! Thanks for the challenge!

The Biggest Loser Videos are excellent! The Last Chance workout is my favorite. The high intensity training intervals kills me! I lost my first 10 lbs with these and now I'm going back to it for the variety. If you get the Weight Loss Yoga one its great too. I did that in this morning with my husband and it was so relaxing…

Strength training it is!! I have tried some different high-intensity cardio interval workouts and I haven't done them in awhile. I'll bring em' out again!
