I think that, honestly, success begets success.....Give it a week, do everything like you're supposed to, and see how things go. If you think about it, they make themselves mutually exclusive. 1 gram of fat counts for 9 cal, while carbs and protein only count for 4. I really like to keep it simple and bake it at 350 in aluminum foil with lemon pepper seasoning....The foil keeps it moist, and it has such a great flavor. Or, if you have a grill, that makes it reallllllly good.....:bigsmile:
