Jumping rope burns calories like MAD. But if you don't have a lot of space and/or you're the type who keeps smashing the thing into your leg (it happens!), you may be interested in this "ropeless" version. It is VERY cool and even tracks how long you've been jumping, how many calories you've burned, and more. You can also up the intensity by inserting the weights that it comes with into the handles. Check it out!

At Taekwondo, they have us jump rope at least once a week- not for me- I trip, fall on my face and one of these days I KNOW I will get caught in the ceiling fan (how many calories for that?? ) I would love a less clutzy way to do this... I will definitely check this out!

    I love the idea!
  • I actually have one and really like it. In high school I lived with my dad who has a big house with really high ceilings, so it was okay there, but now my husband and I live in an apartment, and, well, not so high ceilings:ohwell: I don't like to jump rope outside here, because we're in town and it feels like everyone looks at you funny, so I love the jumpsnap, only my husband laughs at me......
