I can walk but it's a very slow walk. I was trying to stay under 1000 calories a day. Today things are better I might try some walking later today,

It hurts to walk and it's still a challenge to change positions. I'm guessing I'll cut my caloric intake by at least half to compensate. Man I hope you get better soon, this stinks not being able to walk or go for a run. Im noticing I'm getting stressed more without exercise.

Oooh I like Devil May Cray. I am more into RPG's. I'm playing Oblivion, I love the Sims games, can hardly wait until SIms 4 comes out. I also play a few games on my iPad. Going to get Skyrim one of these days. Never tried Bioshock, might have to try it. I like quiz games too. And a few shooter games and hunting games.

I don't wear them at home or to bed. I hate them. Only time I wear them is out in public or while working out in public.

Yep I plan on doing that as soon as possible. Just have a lot on the plate right now to get it, but maybe will have one next month or the month after.

I know the intake are very accurate, I'm very meticulous. The burn are from the MFP site. I hope to get a fitbit one of these days to get those numbers spot on. I don't eat breakfast usually. Which leaves dinner and supper. I feel like I'm having to over eat on both meals just to not get MFP to scream at me for not eating…

I have it set to where I lose one lb a week. Perhaps I should change the activity level on this.

I had the energy to do dishes right after dinner. Usually they pile up and I get them done in the morning. That was awesome.

Yesterday, instead of not exercising because the weather was too cold, I did a workout on my ipad for 10 minutes and then I cleaned house. Today's another cold day, so I'm going to do some more cleaning.
