HRM what do you use and why?

Ad Experimentum
Hi everyone, I have been on MFP for a little over a month this time around. I have been reading about the 1200 calorie and have run into the 1050 calorie figure. If I reduced my calories to 1200 or 1050, I know that the MFP burn rates are not accurate. So if I exercise, would eating 1/4 of those calories be okay to do…

K I'm struggling here, ever since I started to run it cuts my calories low. My goal is 1730, I've eaten 927 so far, and have exercised 1096 so far leaving me with over 1800 calories remaining. There is NO way I can eat all of those for supper, I don't want to miss out on my walk and cleaning tonight. Do you think I should…

Over sodium goal for the day.
