Ad Experimentum

Hi everyone,

I have been on MFP for a little over a month this time around. I have been reading about the 1200 calorie and have run into the 1050 calorie figure.

If I reduced my calories to 1200 or 1050, I know that the MFP burn rates are not accurate. So if I exercise, would eating 1/4 of those calories be okay to do instead of eating half of them back?

I want to experiment with this for some time to see how I can handle this. What do you think?
