Put some chicken thighs (breasts would probably work also) in the crockpot with some stewed tomatoes and spices of your choice. The chicken should eventually fall off the bone. Pick out the bones and serve over pasta. Kind of chicken cacciatore. Delicious!

Here's another thought..... Why not make up your day's menu ahead of time? Be sure you fall into your allowed calories. Then when you want to add something throughout the day that you did not pre-plan, you will have to eliminate something to make up the difference. Kind of like sticking to a budget!!!

Hi there. I love Zumba too and here's my experience with it. It looked like so much fun that I decided to join a class last summer. Well that was my one and only class. I can't tell you how clumsy I felt! And it seemed everyone in the class had been doing the routine for years. Discouraged I went home after class vowing…

Some of the coffees you buy out do that to me. Like if I go to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I find when I perk coffee at home or use my Keurig that doesn't happen. Their coffees must have more caffeine than what you make at home?
