  • So would you just not log it? There is no simple syrup in what they're preparing for me. I add my own (measured) cream, but I log that separately.
  • Salame, cheese, olives. I could eat nothing else...
  • Also, given that you're still losing weight, MFP is still calculating a deficit for you (e.g., 250 cal/day if you have it set to 0.5lb/week). When you get to maintenance and re-set your goal to lose/gain 0 lbs / week, you will get those 250/cal day back; otherwise you'd continue to lose weight.
  • Do you eat leafy green veggies? I had 15g chopped kale & 3 oz ground turkey, sauteed with olive oil and some spices.
