In my opinion you have a good circuit strength training routine going on. I would do 3 sets of 10 instead of 2. Only do the cardio in between if it doesn't affect your form for the next set. The way I do it is focus on my protein requirements first and foremost and the carbs and fats will fall in place automatically. Since I like my meats I'll eat lots of chicken, red meat, pork, and fish in addition to eggs and dairy. If you are mostly vegetarian you'll have to focus on nuts, legumes, and avocados.

Each has its purpose I suppose. When I want to squeeze in a bowl of cereal I use almond milk because of how low the calories are. Also, when you are on a low carb diet, almond milk has very little carbs. Most of it is fat.

I'm going to bulk for about 3-4 months, depending on my progress. And then cut for about a month. I'm not interested in a really long bulk because I was obese less than 5 months ago and I don't want to get too much fat on me. The ultimate purpose is to gain mass in muscle.

Just ate 5505 calories yesterday in a 4 hr window. I had to bring in the chips and ice cream to get me there. Bulking is expensive. Can't wait to start cutting!

I would have done it when I had a lot of fat to loose, right now I'm at a clean bulk phase. How do people deal with the fiber part of the equation. I know what high protein low carb feels like when I use the restroom and I don't like it one bit. And that's with fiber supplements.

I have days where I'm eating 5000+ calories in a 4 hr window. Plus 1.25 gals of water through out the day. I'm not going to lie it gets tough, but drinking whole milk helps a lot.

I haven't tried the cauliflower crust yet as mentioned by someone else, but I did make me an "oopsie bread" pizza with beef, bacon, and mozzarella the other day. It had a total of 9g carbs. It was delicious. You can always substitute the toppings to lower the fat content if you wish. I'm going to make me chicken pizza next…

I've just incorporated eating more paleo style lately. Personally, reducing my overall carbs reduces my bloating feeling. Recently, I baked me a nice big 14" pizza with total carbs of 9g using oopsie "bread".

I use milk/water jugs filled with sand. The ones with the screw on cap! And then I'll put them inside a back pack for extra resistance doing elevated push ups or long slow paced jogs. I do mostly body weight exercises so they come in handy when I need to add some resistance.

I'm being told I'm bonny even though I'm sitting at 18% body fat. I lost all my fat from my arms and the last place left for me to loose the remaining 20 lbs of fat is in my belly and love handles. People don't see that though. I take those remarks as signs that I'm doing something right.

8300 calories between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I don't regret any of it. Had a ton of compliments on my weight loss. -42 lbs since September. I'm at the healthy recommended weight currently.

I will go above and beyond maintenance by about 2500 calories, but it's OK because I will still finish at my target for the week. I did the same thing on Thanksgiving week.
