Hi I'm J, I'm kinda new to mfp , but not new to fitness. I workout often and eat moderately healthy. I'm going to buckle down, however and get leaner, while trying not to lose too much muscle mass. Feel free to chat with me and add me as a friend if you'd like. :-)

welcome sir. I've been using mfp steadily for about 2 months and have lost 21 lbs. its a great tool to help monitor nutrition and log work outs. should be able to help you reach your goals.0
