  • Completed Day 4,5,& 6 Day 7 - 1 set of 60secs 1 set of 20secs I can't believe i can actually do a whole minute after just 6days whereas i could only do max 30secs on day 1
  • I started strength training 2wks ago with no induction offered at the gym i sign up to and i have to say that i stare at almost everyone so i can get an idea of how to use the equipment :/ For now, i mostly work on my arms & legs which are my problem areas.
  • Eat the bread and make it fit into your daily calorie allowance. Unless you have a medical condition & have been told to stop eating carbs. I just had some Burgen - Soya & Linseed bread that has a ton of protein & fibre.

  • I have a fitbit one and a fitbit blaze. I wear the fitbit one when i'm out of the house and i wear both during exercise as the fitbit blaze step counter is annoyingly way off on my elliptical. So what happens is that fitbit takes the steps from my fitbit one and the calories burned from my fitbit blaze which makes me happy.

  • I wish i hadn't seen this lmao, i just updated my app and now, it's acting funny and not recognising the fact that i've eaten, my food shows up all as 0 kcals. . . .wish that were true.
  • for me, when i eat less, i don't lose as much but when i eat enough to fuel my body, then i lose at the rate i want.
  • I think you should eat more on your exercise days to be honest. I eat between 1700-1900kcal everyday dependent on how much I move & exercise and I'm down to lose 0.75kg a week. Seeing as you only have 19lbs to lose, reduce your goal to 1lb a week and try not to be inpatient.

  • Depends on how much you want to lose. I want to lose roughly 50lbs but i'll settle for 40lbs and i've set my goal to 0.75kg (1.5lbs) a week. Most people say if you have anything above 40lbs to lose, then 1kg a week is a safe and maintainable way to lose weight. When you have 20lbs to go, then 1lb a week will be ideal.
