Better than I thought it would be!

Just downloaded the app a few days ago and it's already paying off! I thought it would be harder to log every meal & snack but it's actually really easy. It's encouraged me to step up my workouts. Hope everyone is having the same results!

    Easier than taking pictures of your food, which, I have found, is the new fad. Congrats on starting.

    Yeah, after using it for a few weeks now, i feel like the app silently judges me whenever i add something to my diary. lol

    Yeah, my chip (Potato) consumption is way down. Apples are moving up. I still find room for that 250 calorie Dark chocolate Klondike Bar ;-) on occasion.
