Citrate is actually chelated. http://www.livestrong.com/article/226149-what-is-chelated-magnesium/

There is also a difference between cheap Magnesium Oxide and Chelated Magnesium. Magnesium in its oxide form did nothing for my leg cramps, since i switched to Chelated Magnesium i haven't had a single cramp. Jury still out though as i haven't gone a whole year on Chelated Mg, so I cant exclude seasonal variation.

https://authoritynutrition.com/10-health-benefits-of-intermittent-fasting/ You are going to have to make your own assessment on the studies out there. I don't IF for delaying caloric intake. My own sample n=1experiment leads me to believe there are tangible benefits. In my experience I stay leaner (lower bf%) when I bulk…

Unflavoured roasted chick peas are pretty good IMO. If want a bit of tang add some Tamarind powder, if you can come by it in your neighbourhood.

Really depends on how much soy you are having in your coffee, minor cals wont really matter. I do 16:8 and have black coffee in the morning. In http://www.leangains.com/2010/04/leangains-guide.html Martin Berkhan suggests 10g BCAA before training fasted and doesn't see it as a problem. Nothing wrong with having a…

Keep in mind carbonating your water is making it acidic, so you are not solving the problem entirely. http://www.today.com/health/sparkling-water-bad-your-teeth-dentists-weigh-t70761

Is he juicing or blending? http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/juicing-vs-blending-facts/ Juicing isnt all bad. IMO blending is better.

It does vary, it is also cumulative. So if you are getting enough sleep over the day then its fine. Before the advent of lighting at night peoples sleep was Bi-phasic apparently. If you are getting five hours in a stretch and then catching up during the day you should be fine for muscle growth, not sure how that will…
-
How long has this been going for, are you napping at other times in the day? From what i have read 5hrs a day over a long period is just not sustainable normally. 5hrs a day IMO will definitely affect muscle growth adversely. There will also be other side effects.

Im not sure about that, I looked gaunt and I was on a very slow cut. For me the mid section seems to be where i store the majority of my fat.

Your fat percentage has to be going down, if you are lifting and losing weight i doubt you are losing more muscle than fat. Six packs are hard to come by. You really need to get to 10-12% body fat to see your abs. I got down to 13% and still no six pack. I had the face of a marathon runner but still had fat round the…

If i compare being hungry to being thirsty, I would say i never get hungry. Thirst wise, i know the feeling when i just have to have some water. Food wise i might get the occasional rumble if i have forgotten to eat but i dont equate that to hunger because i can chose to ignore it.
-
Seems strange that you feel hungry eating 3k, but i dont know what your TDEE is. Feeling full and hungry at the same time is bizarre, perhaps there is something other than hunger at play here. Have you been to see your GP?
-
The question you need to answer is, if you eat so that you don't get these hunger pangs on the days you are not fasting, can you cut your calories enough on fasting days to achieve weight loss? What is the calorie deficit are you on?
