Look into DDP Yoga. It was developed by a former professional wrestler after he blew his back out in the ring. It is easy to modify based on your limitations. It isn't traditional yoga. It is on DVD so you can do it at home. I love it.

I don't eat the packaging.

If you don't have any physical limitations or been told otherwise by a doctor, exercise as much as you feel comfortable.

Either one will make it harder. If the ramp is already as high as you feel comfortable raising it, increase resistance. And who says you are "suppose" to be doing HIIT? Do what you like and what you feel comfortable doing.

Look into DDP Yoga. It is a modified version of yoga that was developed by a former professional wrestler after he blew out his back in the ring. I really like it. There was a video of a guy with bad back and knees that used DDP Yoga to make an incredible transformation. Check it out: http://youtu.be/qX9FSZJu448 DDP Yoga…

It could be plantar faciaitis. You can try taking a tennis ball (or other hard ball about that size) and standing and rolling around on it all through your arch. It will hurt, but a couple of days doing that and my pain went away.

Mark the foods you want to delete just like you would if you were adding them and then click "Delete Food From List" instead of "Add Food".

The biggest benefit of the HRM is the calorie estimate it should give you (I think the F4 has that). As long as you have set up your HRM correctly, it will give you a more accurate estimate of the calories you are using when you walk or run. Then you can enter that into MFP.

Static stretching is best for warm muscles. Think of your muscles as being like taffy. If you try to stretch cool taffy, it isn't very effective. If you stretch warm taffy it works much better. Also, there is a little thing in your tendons called the golgi organ. It is what gets the message from the brain to tell the…

Sounds like super high sodium for at least 3 day AND creatine can pull water into your muscles (sort of).

Notice my username... "You can't fail if you don't stop". Keep doing what you know you need to do. You may not keep a perfect log, or maybe you won't alway exercise when you should, but if you just keep going you will succeed. Be patient, be as consistent as you can be.

I personally love DDP Yoga. It is virtually zero impact and it can be easily modified depending on your limitations. Swimming is also really good if you are concerned about your joints.

Everything is an estimate. I think your most accurate will be a HRM.

Lower weight hi her reps builds entrance in your muscles. Heavier weights mid range reps (12-15 for failure) builds size. Very heavy weight and very low reps builds strength.

Weight can and does fluctuate from day to day and you already know that. Don't stress yourself out over less than 2 lbs. You just started the MFP journey. Stay the course.

1. Good balance: Since it appears your primary goal is to loose weight, yes. I think so. 2. Spinning and weight loss: You are burning energy (calories) so it can only contribute to weight loss not hinder it. 3. Are you doing ok: You have lost 44 lbs.! That is a great accomplishment! IMO you are doing "OK". 4. Enough weight…

I agree with you. I like to concentrate on what I'm doing. I'm not a big fan of group exercise classes either.

Maybe look into "You Are Your Own Gym". There is a app for your phone and/or tablet and a book too, I believe. It is all about using your own body weight for resistance.

According to my HRM, DDP Yoga burns about twice as many calories as the MFP estimates. But that is me. How well you are able to engage your muscles will have an impact on your calorie expenditure.

I have one and it's 5 lbs.

You have probably already done thins, but when my HRM starts to act up it has been because the chest strap needs to be washed. If that isn't the problem, I'm clueless. Sorry

You can do cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, videos, swimming) everyday. Some people like to take a day off per week but you don't have too.

Click "Make Additional Entries" and add whatever you need too.

Google DDP Yoga. It is virtually impact free, you can modify it based on your limitations and you can get a good workout.

I completely agree with you! I would totally (and proudly) eat the chips on the left.

Do you see where it tells you how many calories you have "Remaining"? You are starving yourself which is not healthy AND most of your calories are coming from sugar, also not healthy. Eat real food and try to get much closer to the MFP recommended calorie intake. I assume you set it up to loose weight, so you should be…
