Hey everyone! I'm new to fitness pal and I was wondering do any of you guys and gals have any tips to help stay on track. It's really hard to get support where I'm from! Everyone is always smacking on ribs and neckbones! I have family members who like my attempt so far but they tempt me with all these different foods. ( I know some of you are like "well it's takes some hard thinking and willpower) but it gets soooo hard. I try to remember Ronnie Howard's phrase that "fat lasts longer than flavor" to help me move forward. Omg.... Why does my mind stay hungry but my body speaks otherwise? (I know what I'm saying May seem like I'm just blurting on and on) .... It's also hard to stay consistent ... Can anyone give me some advice?

    Notice my username... "You can't fail if you don't stop". Keep doing what you know you need to do. You may not keep a perfect log, or maybe you won't alway exercise when you should, but if you just keep going you will succeed. Be patient, be as consistent as you can be.
