I use mfp to maintain also. I am obsessed but it's better than being out of shape :-)

Why not eat at home? I would say that you should be eating twice in a 5 hour time frame.

Between 17% and 22% is what I consider ideal.

Spin class is great! Like CPTino said it is only as hard or easy as you make it. You burn a ton of calories!!

Sounds like you and your son have alot of fun at the pool! I would change to lightly active.

I run both 5k's and 10k's...i average 9 minute miles and am no where near the front of the pack.

If they are friends that you are very close with then maybe you could tell them what you are going through and bring your on own healthy snacks. This way you can still binge but you can cut they calories way back.

I snack on raw veggies, baby carrots, bell peppers and snap peas are my favs. Not only are they very filling but they take care of my need for something crunchy. They are all very low calorie.

We get take out once a week "pizza friday" My boys eat pizza and my husband and I eat salad. Bring it home is my advice.

I would say that you should be sore the next day. If toning your core is what you are after maybe you could try a pilates class. Always give it every ounce of effort, why not? You have lost 41lbs!! Great job!!

Along with eating more healthy calories maybe you should change your gym routine.
