So I go this video last night!! . What do you think if I do 30 day shred then this video 5 nights a week? I may start running 2x a week.. not sure yet...

    I started 30 day shred and it really only made my arms sore. I think it really depends on your abilities now. 30 day shred might be really hard or easy.

    I'm pretty active... I love 30 day shred. I do all kinds of workouts!! I usually don't have a routine I do. I used to but its usually what I feel like doing. I love to to do intervals in the tread... I can't always get to the gym. I am just trying to lose inches now.

    I do this along with the NMTZ and BFBM altarnating. I also run/walk everyday. It is taken me about a month to get up to doing it without feeling like I'm going to die.

    That is what I am doing too!! I did this workout only and it was killer!! I am doing the 30 DS, 6P6W, and 30-45 min of elliptical!

    I would love to do cardio every day with it to but I don't have the time. I am just doing the shred with 6p6w... L1 of the shred is to easy for me so I am just doing L2 and L3 adn then every two days go to the gym and run..

    You gotta do what you gotta do. I took some before pictures before I started the 6w6pk and when i get through the six weeks I'm going to take more pictures. I hope to see a major improvement.

    I'm going to start my routine mon!!! can't wait. I am doing shred rotating mon and tues shred with 6p6w wed running thur frid shred and 6p6w sat run and 6p6w to get my 5 days in of 6p6w.

    Ugg... didn't get to it last night becuse I fell asleep and boy my abs hurt this morning! Gonna be doing my workout within the hour. Right now fixing my guest list for my wedding that didn't save the last time I worked on it.

    I am on day 8 of 30DS flicking between level 1 and 2. Level 1 KILLED ME 1st time around but the improvement in my cardio is pretty good so far. The 6P6W workout 1 is a killer.. its mostly planks and i hate hate HATE plank. However i am gunna stick it out and just bring it. Day 1 of 6P6W also complete. Good luck all xxx

    I am so mad that I haven't been able to workout in almost two weeks! Gotta get back on the wagon.

    I was doing them both in one day but I am rotating I am not getting the best form with the second video when I do it back to back in the same night.
