What I lost in March, 2011

I've successfully completed my first full month on MFP and I wanted to have a personal reference for me to quickly & easily see my success from month to month. This helps to motivate me so that I can see how far I’ve come and it helps me want to press on toward my goals. Maybe it can help motivate you too!

Here's what I lost in March 2011...
6.5 pounds
Neck 0.7 inches
Waist 3.7 inches
Hips 1.7 inches
Arm 1.0 inch
Thighs 2.6 inches (combined)
Bust 2.7 inches
Calves 0.5 inches
BMI 0.9
Body Fat 2%
Total inches lost for the month of March, 2011 = 12.9"

Plus my totals from previous months (I began exercising on 2/17/11 and joined MFP on 2/22/11).
February 2011
Weight = 3 lbs.
Inches = 2.3”
BMI = 0.4
Body Fat % = 2%

GRAND TOTAL FOR LOSSES SO FAR::flowerforyou:
Weight = 9.5 lbs.
Inches = 15.2”
BMI = 1.3
Body Fat % = 4%
