I usually just add some calories for oil, maybe a tablespoon or less? I figure I'd rather overestimate than underestimate.

Totally get your feelings, but just remember... your 5lbs per month equals 60 lbs gone in a year! You are doing it the slow and steady way. I'm on day 3 along with intermittent fasting! I don't eat between 7pm and 11am, only coffee in the morning before the 11am timeframe. So far, it's not been too bad and I can tell that my cravings are already subsiding.

Please add me as well! I just started Keto this week and am on day 3. My husband and I are doing it together and I need to lose about 75lbs to get into the normal weight range. My son is 3 and my daughter is almost a year, so time to get the baby weight off!

I've also come up with a yummy, low cal pizza recipe! The crust is Joseph's Pitas - they are only 60 calories for the whole pita! So good! You can get Siracha at most grocery stores too! SInce being introduced to it, I have it on everything. I'm addicted! It's really good with an egg white scramble!
