I personally prefer an elliptical without the arms. I tend to stay on this type a lot longer. I prefer a high incline because it feels like less impact. I think it's just doing what you can and increasing your activity daily or weekly and sticking with it. Do as much as you can without being so sore that you can't do it again tomorrow. Aim maybe for 15 at a comfortable walking pace.

hi everyone, I recently discovered this group about a week ago, and no one in my life knows i think I have this. yesterday and today I have been battling with binging, and feeling sorry for my self, and being extemely hard on myself. I hope to be able to one day to find balance. I'm working so hard for 2014 to be that year.

your likely restricting your self too much or not eating frequently enought. This often happens to me when i start a very restricted diet or are under a lot of stress. try snacking more frequently and drinking lots of fluids to avoid burts of extreeme hunger.

My doc tried to put me on this but then I realized it is a newer drug on the market and got scrared. I'm about to start the insuliun resitant diet first. but please keep us posted if you try it and have success I'd love to hear from real people. Currently Im only on metformin.

Welcome, I swear we are in the exact same spot. Hopefully eventually with diet and exercise it will get better. I've recently the last 6 months noticed some of my hair growing back and my cycles trying to regulate all from moderate exercise. Good luck on your Journey.
