I've also lost weight after eating a bit more... it's all water though. You cannot lose more weight by eating more calories. The less you eat, the more you will lose. Obviously, there is an unsafe level of restriction to never cross, but if you ate nothing one day you would be at a deficit matching your TDEE.

It is either water weight or you weren't counting accurately and were actually eating over 1200. Don't listen to people who say a low calorie diet has slowed your metabolism. It will not slow enough to keep you from losing weight. That is only a myth!

Eating ANY fad-diet related food that I didn't like. THAT was a waste of calories... even if it was "healthy".

I have tried to stick with her plan before and was always starving... and I have a history of successfully eating 500 calories a day on HCG without hunger (yeah, NOT proud of that). I would love to stick with her plan for the skin and energy benefits but it just makes me feel awful. Not enough protein in her plan.

holy crap, you mean I'm not the only person with multiple sizes in their closet??! (I really thought I was) Sizes 12-18. So annoying. I also wear 2-3 different sizes each day because clothes manufacturers cannot make up their minds.
