I got really lazy not too long ago and hadnt gone shopping so I got creative... I use low fat, small curd cottage cheese. 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup button mushrooms-diced 1/4 cup bell pepper-diced 2 Jenny O tukey, breakfast sausages-cooked and diced a lil pepper a lil salsa Lunch! It was great!

My trainer LOVES my make me use the kettle bells! I have found it most effective when used in circuit training. One of my favorite workouts: 20- 2 handed kettle bell swings 25- crunches 1 min- sprint on treadmill 1 min- plank 4-6 rounds depending on your fitness level. Have fun!

I think a green leaf and spinach salad, with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, turkey, and a couple spritz' of a raspberry vinegarette!
