Hi! I just ran my first half marathon on Saturday with a time of 1 hour 59 min!! I ate porridge(oatmeal) for breakfast 2.5 hours before, and I had 1.5 powerbars an hour before. I live in Europe, and it has not been released yet :-/ However, I will be buying it as soon as it is released!! I get bored of the same workouts, so i end up mixing 2 of her videos for a few weeks, alternating everyother day, or soemtimes doing both per day! xx

Hi, I also have about 10-15 more lbs I would like to loose(although I am in the middle of a healthy BMI). I am tyring to mix uo the type of exercise I do. Thanks!! In answer to your question, I include my supplements in my food diary. The cod liver oil and daily vitimin do not have any calories :) But all the vitamins then show up in my percentages! I scan the bottles with my iphone, and it inputs it all, wihtout me having to enter any additional info! xx

Thanks for your reply! I started taking it two days ago. I have read up on some other benefits, and decided I needed to add it to my diet! I take 1 dose/day in addition l to my multi vitamin and healthy eating! xx
