As everyone else said... Under active thyroid should not be an excuse. You can definitely lose weight even though it may be harder than the average person. I have under active thyroid and I take medecine, exercise regularly and try to stay consistent. I plateau very easily but I was still able to lose close to 30 lbs.

Like any new fitness program I would always suggest to just give it a try and see if it works for you. Some people love CrossFit some don't. Like all the other comments have said start slow and focus on form in every workout! Good luck.

I've seen people get these from looking down at the ground while upside down. I've been told you should look straight ahead and you shouldn't get those red spots.

I take jack3d pre workout on occasion. It gives my energy without feeling jittery which I like...but I can workout all the same without it.

I have the same problem...and I do tons of lunges and squats. My legs are muscular and big. I think it comes down to losing more weight if I want them to be smaller. )

I asked for a better cooler for work. I need one big enough to keep all my food for the day and some ice packs to keep cold. I also asked for glass tupperware. I should be all set withmy "clean eating cooler" for Jan 1. ;)

Up your calories slowly and dont weigh yourself everyday. Once you see that you don't gain weight with more calories, hopefully that fear will go away.

not necessarily...it depends on how much sodium and exercise youve been doing the past few days. Everyone is different. I would at least give it a week before you freak out.
