Legs!?

Right now at 144 I am happy with the way most of my body looks, except my thighs. Does anyone else have this problem or have any tips on helping this problem area.

Definitely weight workouts targeting the various thigh muscles...squats, lunges, leg press, hamstring curls, leg raises,etc. If you're not doing these already, it could take a couple of months to see good results. Add running/biking and you're golden!0

i'll throw lunges out there0

just remember you can't really spot train... do a full body work out with a few extra leg workouts and you'll be golden!! (I have the same problem! booooo)0

Not really. Size is about calories in and out and exercise. Body shape is genetic. If you store fat on your thighs, that isn't going to go away until you have lost it everywhere else.0
